It is our intention to provide our guests with a professional and therapeutic onsite massage. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and regular onsite massage clients of MILI Mobile Spa. 

At MILI Mobile Spa, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as last minute meetings, traffic considerations, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment.

In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

Booking an Appointment

To have the best chance of securing a convenient date and time for a treatment, we recommend booking two weeks in advance. It may be possible to secure an immediate time slot, but it is not a guarantee.   ALL TREATMENTS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.  Arriving early will give you time to complete any necessary paperwork, consult with your practitioner, and relax before your treatment.  Unfortunately, if you arrive late, treatment time may be required to complete certain non-massage components of the experience.

Late Appointment Arrival

If you are running late for a scheduled appointment, please notify your practitioner. When you arrive, the remaining reserved time will be used for your treatment.   Your practitioner will do their best to make the most out of the remaining treatment time.

72 Hour Cancellation & No Show Policy

Your business is valued and your cooperation is appreciated. We are making a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refusing all other requests once you have made the appointment. A 72-hour cancellation notice is required for any scheduled appointments, including gift certificate or gift card sessions. Missed or no-show appointments will result in your being charged the full amount of the session booked. Emergency cancellations are determined at your Health Practitioner’s discretion. Thank you, in advance, for honoring your appointment times.

**Please note that treatment lengths can be shortened at the time of your appointment, however, the massage rate charged will reflect the originally booked length (eg. 90 minute massage gets reduced to 60 minutes on day of treatment…client will be charged for the 90 minute treatment).


Payments for services are due before the time of the service on the day of service or earlier, except for events which are required three days prior to the event.

A valid credit card is required to be on file in order to book your massage services, no matter the payment method used to purchase the massage services. We currently do not accept checks or medical insurance. Payments may be made through the link for the services listed in this site or our facebook page. 

All taxes and fees for services and items will be added to you invoice.

Allow all merchandise to be shipped 14-30 days  from the time the order is processed to be delivered.

**Accepting massage with us means you agree to a $500 charge for sexual harassment to any of our therapist providing care for your health needs at the discretion of that therapist for the safety of both parties involved in the therapy session. We aim to provide safety, comfort, and an enjoyably memorable experience that you can indulge in as much as you need and/or desire for the health of your wellbeing.
